Born on March 08, 1958, M Soundara Rajan alais M S Rajan is a B.E. Mechanical from Anna University, Chennai and M.B.A from Annamalai University. M S Rajan began his career with a Valve manufacturing company in Mumbai. In 1983, M S Rajan founded Asian Industrial Valves and Instruments.

M S Rajan is the Managing partner and Chief Executive Officer of Asian Industrial Valves and Instruments, India's one of the largest Boiler Mounting and accessories manufacturers. |

Originally hailing from Gurunatha puram Village, Trichendur, Tutocorin District, Tamil Nadu, M S Rajan moved to Mumbai in 1980. But the entrepreneur in M S Rajan wanted to set up his own business. Therefore, he along with three of his colleagues launched Asian Industrial Valves and Instruments, making products like Safey Valves,Level Indicators, Flow Elements and other boiler accessories. |

In late 2002s, when three of his partners quit, Asian Industrial Valves and Instruments, M S Rajan's Wife Mrs S Sutha Rajan stepped in to fill the vacuum. |
